Quick-Mix Country-Style Sausage
1 pound lean ground pork
3/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Thoroughly mix seasonings into pork. May refrigerate,
covered, overnight to allow flavors to "marry". Shape into
patties and brown OR crumble and brown for use in a recipe.
