LOL - Looks like my harvest of a couple of days ago from the edge of the compost pile. Apparently I tossed a tater in there and it rolled off the side and it never cooked. Moving the stack I found this scraggly potato plant with some decent little spuds under it - about 1.5 cups worth cut up when they got tossed in last night's soup.
They were pretty yummy. Hubbie took it the wrong way though when I told him they were from the compost pile...
