You would not want to save seeds from an infected plant.
What the web site was saying is that you are not likely to
have any ripe fruit from a TYLCV-infected plant to save seeds
from, so whether it would be seed-borne is a moot point. (The
plants are going to be dead and gone long before seed-saving
from them would be an option. Even if you did not pull them,
you would not likely get mature, ripe fruit from a TYLCV
infected plant.)
