Nice tomatoes! Enjoy them.
I'm not sure whether seeing things like this is encouraging or cruel - it's going to be 20 degrees here tonight with a chance of snow flurries. I think I'll just work on my seed orders. Elizabeth |
Elizabeth-its the promise of things to come for you!

Very nice looking fruit Michael! How tall is the plant?
Was the DTM typical for this variety? And of course... how'd it taste? Lee |
Lee-Taste was incredible-especially in January. There is no doubt for me when I am tasting a nbd vs other dwarf varieties. I am getting better productivity than I usually get from this plant. Plant is about 4 feet tall and dtms for me are difficult to assess because I am growing it in the winter, but I would say pretty typical. Nbd is not an early variety for me, its more like about 80 days. I saved seed from a beautiful first fruit that the plant ripened. Thanks to Craig for getting this out of the USDA seed bank.

John-NBD is one of the few of this size plant that produces such big fruit and fruit that tastes so good.
