Mail Order Moreton Hybrid
 

I grew Moreton last year and it did very well here in Northern Wyoming. Since I am part of a plant sale, I planned on trading for one from the person growing it. But it slipped my mind and he sold out. I only found them at Cross Country Nurseries, but the shipping was $26.00. Anyone know where I can find a couple of plants? I would trade for Sheyenne or other heirlooms. I have not shipped tomatoes before, but I am sure I can carefully pack a couple of plants and ship.

Check out Harris Seeds b/c I think they do sell plants. I'd do it but am in quite a bit of a hurry right now. Moreton Hybrid was bred by Harris Seeds as well as the other earlier hybrids Supersonic and Jet Star. My fave of those three is Jet Star F1 and Craig L is raising my plants for me and will be shipping up to me here in NYS a couple of plants.

I checked out Harris Seeds and no, not available as a plant. I sent them an e-mail suggesting they carry it as a plant.
