Green House Floors

Do green houses need floors in them or can you just put gravel down? What is ideal? Thank Yall in advance.

Many of the small home greenhouses that I see here use a weed block. I use the weed block that can be found at the garden stores, overlapping around 8" for each strip. If your ground was flat then you could add pea gravel to the top. I don't know what size of gravel is the best to walk on tho.

I have gravel in mine right now. Bought some concrete pavers to put in there once we get caught up around here.
The pavers are going in just as a walkway type thing. Easier to roll the wagon across, etc.

I have pea gravel and that seems to work the best.
