I have those things all around the house.:)
I also have little orb weavers all over the place. Some are white, green red and orange they all have black spikes around their backs.:)
Then there is an abundant supply of attack spiders too long legged green ones fuzzy black ones and others.:D
I once had it out with an exterminator who wanted to kill all of my yard spiders.:x
I won.;)

My leaf footed bugs and squash bugs have disapeared. I haven't seen any since I have been home I don't miss them. I pulled all the tired Toms last time I was home. I have lacewings and ladybugs. I think my Crepe myrtle trees make an excellent aphid trap crop which in turn atracts some predators as well as polinators.
After all the rain this is the year of the Toads, the crickets are getting scarce. My wife scramed when she went for her water can the other day. There was a huge lizard in the half full watering can with his head up the spout for air. After puling him out I was happy to find I had a horned Toad lizard! I let him go and instructed my wife to keep her watering cans full so if he comes for a drink of water again he can get out. I wish I had photographed the lizard but I was more concerned that he was healthy and he took off for the cover of our front garden.

Here is a friend I found the other day. Well, the second pic is a future friend - at this point she/he and their friends ate all my parsley, as usual each year!

great pictures! The tiny creatures are difficult to photograph, auto focus does not recognize them well on my camera.
