The color on the screenshot of that video got me instantly thinking that I will try making some this weekend! I remember the first time having a plate of pasta made from tomato dough but I am pretty certain that was factory made, what can be completely different experience from anything home-made. Aware of that, I have made the tomato dough a few times from [URL="http://www.recipelink.com/msgbrd/board_31/2006/JUL/39731.html"]this[/URL] recipe and worked quite well, but my color of the dough was not nearly as bright as in this video, so yeah, your video is awesome, and I will definitely have to find time for this.

They blew it with the all purpose flour.

Semolina flour is what a person should use the make pasta.

Just my opinion and the makers of fine Italian pasta everywhere.;)
