Crossing Dwarfs?
 
If I would cross a dwarf with a dwarf (from different families, and both are stable), should [U]all[/U] the F1's (or nearly all) be dwarfs? Seems like they should...

I guess so, unless two different genetic backgrounds could make dwarfs and that each parent has a different one

Yes. Dwarf characteristic is recessive so once found in the F2 generation,
that trait is considered stable.
Crossing two recessive traits will give the recessive trait in the F1.
