BEST TOMATO SAUCE
Please post the name of the dish (with a brief description, if you wish) that you are entering in the Tomato Sauce competition. This category includes Italian-style and other sauces, both fresh and cooked. Please include pasta, rice, or whatever the sauce is intended to be served with/on.

Note: If fewer than three entries are received in this category, the Sauce contest will be canceled and entries will be included in the General Dish competition.
