I have one on the counter sprouting now. I wasn't intentional. I guess we'd better cook it! Ours is not as "advanced" as this one here though. :lol:

Many a year ago in the old time barber shops, you would see a sweet potato growing in a glass or jar of water supported by toothpicks around the rim of the glass.
