Sun damage or wind damage?
 

Haven't had tons of sun but lots of wind. Bring them in and out but running out of room. Will they recover? Should I remove damaged parts?

Looks like sun or the lights are burning the leaf tips to me.

my plants have been outside and it seems we been getting tornado warnings everyday. So far only wind damage I have gotten is some tears in the leaves of my pepper plants, they do not brown up or anything and other than the tears look green and healthy. The tomatoes some how have been unaffected by the wind. They are on a glass table on my deck and potted up mixed in with the peppers.

I am guessing you are asking about your pepper plants?

yes, but the tomatoes, at least some of them, also have the dry crinkly edges too, it was just easier to see on the bigger peppers. Thing is the peppers have had almost three weeks of in and out to get hardened off...the tomatoes only a week. We haven't had lots of sun though and I think the first not cloudy and rainy day might have scorched them even though it wasn't that hot out. The wind here has been fierce. Tornadoes within 30 miles and seems a constant buffeting of at least 8mph no matter what. We've already had more than six inches of rain this month, three above normal...my plant children need some sunshine ( and so do I for that matter):D

This weather is certainly getting old. Very old.

I guess to answer your original question though is yes you can remove the affected leaves stems. Any time I have pinched out bottom stems on a pepper I have noticed they will tend to set many new ones and end up much bushier.
