Congrats, Raybo! Looking great!

Wow, looks beautiful, Raybo!
|
Woo hoo! Lucky you!
Enjoy, Linda |
Raybo,
Yeah!! Congrats on your first tomato! Everything's looking great - as expected. I like the way things are pruned. I think you're going to have to share some of your "what to do with all the cucumbers" recipes soon. I imagine you have some good ideas in that regard ;). Anne |

Anne
Anne, Dear Wife takes it all to her Church (she's one of the Deacons) and puts up a table by the Exit for all to help themselves on their way home......(I am lucky to end up with a few that I would like to eat for Dinner:twisted:). Raybo,
So they become indulgences then?? ;) JOKING  This isn't an option for me so I'm thinking maybe I'll drag out one of my juicers and the obnoxious vittorio (or whatever it's called) tomato processor and, if I actually do have a surplus :?!?:, go the juicing route. I can only eat so many tomatoes and cucumbers but I can drink A LOT  - especially on a hot day and I'm sure we've got lots of those coming up . Anne |
When I grew momotaro, it was always one of the first ones to come ripe. No surprise to me.

Good to know. I always thought Momotaro was more of a mid-season tomato. I am also picking Dona right now: F-1 Hybrid Dona F-3 Raybo:D |
Looking good, Raybo!
I had recalled Momotaro being a larger tomato so I looked up the listing on Kitizawa. Since I last checked the price has gone WAY up (or number of seeds has gone way down)! And, I was surprised at how thorough the cultivation notes (points for successful production) were. I don't recall that level of detail esp. regarding flower stage. (or else I never read those parts of the listing before). I learn something new every day ;). https://www.kitazawaseed.com/seed_111-125.html Anne |
