Karla, I started those pink hollyhock seeds that you sent me this spring and they are blooming now!!!! I think that's amazing for a biennial, even though it's a tad late ;).

Karla, do your hollyhocks come back year after year? My mom had one that always did, but mine always freeze out.

My h.hocks usually return. Sometimes h.hocks will reseed.
In fall, I cut my h.hocks down leaving about 4 inches from the bottom. |
