That's some list! I didn't realize you grew so many. You're up there with Marsha.

Do you grow mainly in the GH?

Best of luck with your garden.

Mostly outdoors. In the greenhouse just as seedlings. My crosses get the best garden spots, the others in pots everywhere.:)
Crazy tomato lady.

Those are so pretty. Like KARMA Apricot in a large size. KA was so sweet and peachy tasting, I predict it is going to be as beloved as KARMA pink. If this tastes like its KARMA before it, you will have a superb tomato. Here's our beautiful KARMA Apricot bicolor.

Wow KarenO! Simply huge, sounds like a full time job. :)
I'm so happy to see Midnight Sun and True Colors at F7.... congrats! :D And all the diversity of OP's, I hope you're going to show and tell everything about them. :yes:8-)

Clay Mountain March 22, 2018 08:29 AM

Karen, how many do you grow of each cross?

Spartanburg123 March 22, 2018 08:56 AM

Incredibly diverse list! I hope you have a great growing year!

Of the higher generations only a couple of each since they are appearing mainly stable.
the F3’s will be more as there will usually be more variability to select from. The more you grow of the early generations the higher
the chance of finding something to select that is worth continuing.

It’s not necessarily easy to recover larger size from a cherry, maybe the dominent small size genes will reassert themselves but I’m hoping it stays this big or preferably even a bit bigger.
As always, time will tell. It tasted amazing.

About the same number as usual although the first time since we moved I am back up to full speed. Mostly I only post about my crosss but I can’t resist trying new to me ones every year. I will have lots of nice and fairly unusual ones for the swaps and for trades which I enjoy. Also, if the timing is right I have some new crosses in mind...
