Your opinion on this mix

The price seems high to me for a mix that's half sand. The peanut hulls are a replacement for bark or wood chips.

My thoughts as well |
The other problem with the sand is have you ever tried to pick up a five gallon pail of sand?

I'm with Doug. I would not consider that a good mix, nor a bargain. I get mushroom compost for $27/yard, and it's black gold. That's for my raised beds. I'm mixing it with perlite and peat moss for my containers.
