4 celery
5 cloves garlic and sautee in butter till soft add salt and pepper,little suger oregano,12 onces tomatoes with juice some peppers(to tast)and 1/2 can tamatoe sauce 1\2 cup chicken broth. let simmer 1 hour

huevos ranchero is eggs and bacon with ranchero sauce on top mmmmm
