deer (not venison) and herbs

Will deer go after any/all of the following if I plant it out in the open.

Thyme, oregano, marjoram, basil, cilantro.

Also, is it a good or bad idea to plant these herbs next to my pest attracting/trap plants. I plan on putting in a row of sunflowers, and ladybug (aphid?) attracting flowers along my garden fence to draw in beneficials, and I have some open ground along the inside of the fence I want to use.

Thanks,

TZ

Deer have eaten both basil and oregano here. I like to think that it's only because they're Italian, like me.

I cut back the tree line distance from the garden to the dense woods and haven't had a problem since. (Deer spook easily without cover to hide in)

I grow mine in the midst of garlic chives and chocolate mint. Neither has ever been a victim of deer or any other pest. (!@%#^&#*! chocolate mint)
