Downright Natural
 

I am on my search again for Applause Tomato seed and ran across a company called Downright Natural. They are also on Etsy. Under contact us, the owner's name is Kirby Foster. The only other source is Reimers and they have horrible reviews on another site. About 5 years ago Tomato Growers Supply had Applause and it has been discontinued for a few years. I did email Linda 2 years ago and she did not have any seed. The last time I found seed was several years ago from Veseys.

It is a hybrid so wouldn't that mean he is not saving seed?

Is anyone familiar with this company?

Nicky's in the Uk has the seed.

I don't know about her tomato seed, but have bought lots of other seed from Nicky's and never had a problem with arrival or germination.

Hi Barb,

In the URL that you included, they do state that it's a hybrid (so how do they know that it's organic? - not that I would particularly care about that).

I note that the price is reduced, so maybe the seed is a tad old. Guess you could write and ask them?
