108 tater varieties
Here is a photo of 107 of the potatoes I grew with Tom, as well as one from a friend called 'ALASKAN RED-EYE'. There are a few still left in the ground, but this is the majority of the varieties I got from Tom.

Its amazing to see all of the colours & shapes together in one photo! |
absolutely amazing!

Thanks guys, it was great working with Tom, and the genetics are amazing. I am fortunate to have the storage space, as well as the land to grow these all out in bulk next year.
|
Great job! That is a beautiful potato picture. Do you have a root cellar?
|
I have a 100 sq ft sand bottom root cellar as well as 1200 sq ft of unheated basement that sits at a constant 40-45 deg all winter.

Wow  what an impressive grow out you've done there Doug.
Any clear favorites taste wise yet?? |
I have honestly only tasted a few and found them all to be good so far. I have aquired a farely large area with equipment to farm next year, so will need all the potatoes I can for next year. I also will be growing a number of plants from TPS and hopefully even more stuff from Tom. The fingerling in the middle of the bottom row is the best tasting potato I've ever eaten, and produced a good crop of tubers and berries.
