Re-potting Eggplants
Hello all,
When transplanting eggplant seedlins, can they be buried deeply like tomatoes, or should the stem remain visible above the soil? |
NarniaG,
Eggplant transplants are not buried deeply like tomato plants. If you want to set them an inch deeper (I do) than pot depth that is ok. - R |

Egg plant is a most prolific producer in my garden, and four plants produce far more fruit than I can use. The only bug attacking is the Colorado Potato Beetle, which is easily controlled by physically removing when seen. |
Looks good. Black Beauty is the variety I want to try as well - already have a couple of seedlings of Toga (an ornamental type).
