dipping oils

I am not sure exactly what these are called but seem to be everywhere. They are an oil (olive perhaps) with herbs or cheese and you use them to dip breads and veggies. Anyone have a recipe(s) for these? Most are really tasty and very expensive - I have seen one listed at $12.50 - and while it was quite good, it sure seemed like it would be easy to make. With the holidays coming up, it would be fun to make and take. Thanks - piegirl

A great way to go is to use Dean Jacob's or Alexander's Bread Dipping Seasoning. It comes in a container with 4 different seasonings. Add to EVOO. They're all great but I like the one called Rosa Maria, the other Parmesan Blend, Tuscany Blend, and Sicilian Blend I think.
