A couple of fun facts:
My fruit is averaging two-thirds inch in diameter. I'm experiencing a very small amount of cracking, the percentage is very low. They are good and flavorful with a good amount of large-tomato taste. Not mild. Nan |
Another fun fact: the ripe ones keep on the counter for a good number of days. Maybe two weeks? I'll have to count.

Yes, the fruit keeps on the counter for a long time! We had a bowl of them out for 2 weeks and they were nice and snappy on a salad!!

Just a few more pics of Post Office Spoonful from my friend Mike- he moved recently from this property so the new owners will likely have several thousand volunteers come next spring :). This is one plant, which has covered a whole fence!

Whoever moves in can pick a passel of tiny tomatoes!
Thanks for the update, Darin, and be sure to thank Mike! Nan |
Growing post office this year for the first time. Did any of you grow them in containers? I have a big container I was thinking of. I think its about 20/25 gallons.
