We love the little sugar baby melons! So far it is the only ones we got to grow that tasted good! I have been told that my dirt lacked calcium and that is why my larger melons rotted! Last year we grew sugar babys up and over a hogwire panel arch...neat support!

I have several varieties of melons in pots right now looking for a home, think I am going to follow the hole methods described here! Need to go get more manure though! This thread has encouraged me!
