I understand why someone would be upset to have their photos used without permission, but your avatar is in fact a copyrighted image owned by MGM. Not trying to be a snot, just pointing it out. 'Borrowing' photos from their competitors without asking permission and using them to make their own profit - that's a very wrong thing to do, and I am hoping the Dr.Tomato will do the right thing asap and remove all the pictures that are in copyright violation. Top 5 banner should also be removed.

This does not help to build a good solid reputation for a seed vendor, does it?

Nice try but that's a publicity still, released into the public domain and not an image taken from actual footage from the show.

Regardless, I'm not using it to promote, sell or otherwise represent a product in any way related to the television series.

the Dr Tomato site is down. so...while he was wrong, it is a mook point now. at least he did the right thing and took them down. as for people attacking other TVers, really? people have the right to there own opinions...no need to attack each other...its not your site Original is it? plus i think that having your pics used for someone else's profit would make you mad too....

They are not down, and all the pictures are still there, including Remy's.

I sent him another email this morning, as he never responded to my original email.

Very disappointing to see the blatant usage of pictures without permission.
It would be one thing to use my pictures, but to use TGS's photos to sell the same
exact product.....

Looks like there are also quite a few incorrect photos with these. The white section
has the same photo for 3 different varieties, and that is NOT Green Giant that
he has pictured.

If he can't take his own photos of what he sells, then I question if the seed is
actually grown by him.....
