You can buy a fence post puller which works like a car jack. It'll yank t-posts out of the ground with ease and leave them straight and ready to be reused.

From the looks of the pic, you may want to cut some more plastic away from the stems. Black plastic can burn them if it is touching.
Good luck, they look really nice. |

I plan on adding taller boards this week to extend the height. Until then here is the progress on my plants. I have 4 earthboxes bilt so far, with a super cheap made earthbox to the left.
|
I'd suggest adding a couple more T-posts at mid point.
|
Those strings are strong, they will suppor the plants fine. The only reason that bottom string on the right is sagging is because I did not tighten it on there yet, I have been waiting to get my wife out there to help me hold the post to release tension.
|
rzr, check this out. And you only need single posts versus double. Ami

I've finally found time to get the boards up. I drilled holes in the wood and used tie wraps to fasten it to the metal stakes. This should provide plenty of hieght for the plants.:P
The top string is temporary to throw cd's up there to ward birds away (if it helps, we will see). But I plan on adding string as the plants get higher. |
Update? I bet they've grown!

This picture was taken on the 13th. Birds were getting at my tomato's so I had to put up netting..

The birds are smart, they were slipping under the bird wire on the ground, so I put bricks and boards down there to hold it down as you can see. They have not messed with a tomato since. If they do get in there somehow, they wont get out. |
Where can I see Joshu's instructions? Thanks.
